Short answer: No.
However, many of our items are "gluten-friendly". The long fermentation process of sourdough bread eats away at the gluten, therefore the finished product is significantly lower than a traditional loaf of bread. Therefore, many people with gluten intolerances (not Celiac's Disease) can eat sourdough without gut issues!

Yes! ALL of our products are made using organic ingredients (e.g. flour, brown sugar, etc.). However, not all of the ingredients we use are organic. Below is a list of our products which are 100% organic:

Currently we use a 100% organic hard red wheat and malted barley mix. This flour is milled in Utah.
However, we are currently in the process of adapting all recipes to using organic flour milled in Washington State.

We carry a Food Processor License through the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
